The owner operator and Principal Consultant, Suzanne Finch, is a Division 1 Nurse with an Operating Room and Sterilising Services background.          

With her extensive clinical experience and knowledge Suzanne can assess your current level of compliance against the requirements of the standards and industry guidelines and will provide advice and assistance where needed.

About me

I have qualifications, expertise and experience in Sterilising Services and Infection Control and many years as a Nurse Consultant. My focus has been in promoting good infection prevention practices and expounding the importance of a well functioning, compliant CSSD as assurance that patients and staff are not at risk. 

My Mission.

My aim is to ensure all facilities I hav contact with where reprocessing RMDs occurs understand the intent and requirements of the reprocessing standards to ensure they meet their accreditation requirements. The goal of my business is to create better awareness and remove the mystery of the reprocessing standards and assist facilities to safely and effectively reprocess RMDs. Where non-compliances exist and risks are identified provide solutions to get you back on track. 

​My Project
In a state as vast as WA the rural and regional health care facilities have unique difficulties and issues because of distances and remoteness. This makes it too expensive and difficult for agencies with expertise to provide assistance or advice. These difficulties and issues manifest themselves in different ways least of which is non-compliant reprocessing processes and practices. This may be due to lack of funds, lack of skilled and knowledgeable staff or inappropriate or inadequate equipment whatever the cause compliance is not happening or at best inadequate. My project is to provide a service to rural and remote sites with assistance and advice about what is needed to comply with the requirements of AS 5369:2023 and maintain continuity of the service.  If you would like to discuss your needs and organise a visit or assistance or advice why not contact me at:
